My name is Cameron Yow.   I am the owner/operator of Big Dreams Lawn and Landscapes.  My wife Christie Yow, is now part owner and runs all of our office work. I started this business when I was 14 years old (2003) and have continued to grow since then.

I started by putting out fliers in my parents neighborhood.  I picked up 14 customers in my first year.  I did not have a license at this point, so I rode my mower to my jobs.  I mowed with my dads riding mower, weedeater, and blower.   It was a great first year.

I continued my business on the side through the rest of my high school years.  I also worked another job as well.   Once I went to college I had more time to invest into the business and a little more capital as well.  We bought new equipment and that is where it all began.

I went full time at the beginning of the 2014 season with the encouragement of my wife.   I went from maintaining 20-25 properties per week, to maintaining 40-60 properties per week.  During this same time, we picked up a couple contracts redoing all the landscaping for houses that were being purchased for rental.  That averaged 3-4 install jobs per week.

I am looking forward to growing in the future and can't wait to see what it brings.
